A native of Indianapolis, IN, Joe is a graduate of North Central High School & Ball State University. Directly out of college, he joined IBM and had a distinguished career in sales & marketing there and with Lexmark International. He held several key positions with those companies and was a top performer in the corporate world. While progressing up the corporate ladder, he partook in post-graduate education at Harvard Business School, George Washington University, University of Kentucky and Xavier University. With 13 moves in various cities all over the U.S…. he knows “first hand” the challenges, anxieties, and logistics involved in buying and selling homes.
Since 2003, Joe has been actively focused on the real estate industry. He has partnered with a custom builder to understand the intricacies of the new construction industry. In addition, Joe has acted as principal broker for a boutique real estate company. Later, he was associated with the largest regional brokerage in Indiana- F.C. Tucker, where he had several years of successful sales achievement in a very challenging market period. Today, as a RE/MAX associate and satellite office – located in the Village of WestClay / Carmel, Indiana; Kempler & Associates has been one of the top performers in the metropolitan area. For the past several years, he and his associate have averaged sales volumes of $15 Million… and have continued to grow year over year.
Both he and his associate are Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialists and have been recognized as Five Stars Professionals on a multi-year basis. Besides assisting clients with the selling and buying of their homes, a portion of all professional fees are donated to the Children Miracle Network (Childrens Miracle Network) or the Realtor Foundation … supporting the homeless of Central Indiana (Realtor Foundation) as a way of saying THANK YOU and a way to give back to the community.
As a full-time, working professional in the real estate industry – he is active with the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors (MIBOR) and in the community. You can find him in the office 7 days a week and is focused on providing quality customer service.
